Name
	dbsuseradd - Adds a SuperAdmin to your server instance
Usage
	dbsuseradd <LoginName> <Password> <Password>
	You can use the dbsuseradd command to add a new SuperAdmin to your
	server instance. To make sure you typed	in the password correctly
	it's entered twice.
Example
	dbsuserlist
	> id      created name
	> 1864    09-07-2003 23:38:38     "SantaClaus"
	> OK
	dbsuseradd Hallo veryhardtoguesspassword veryhardtoguesspassword
	> OK
