Name
	dbsuserchangepw - Changes the password of a SuperAdmin.
Usage
	dbsuserchangepw <DBSUserID> <Password> <Password>
	You can use this command to change a SuperAdmin's password. To get
	the DBSUserID use dbsuserlist (-> dbsuserlist). The new password is
	entered twice to ensure correct writing.
Example
	dbsuserlist
	> id      created name
