	help - displays general or specific help
Usage
	help
	help <command>
	Without an argument help will give a list of available commands, each
	with a short description.
	If you specify a command as argument, help will display specific
	information on the command.
Example
	help
	command overview:
	help                : this helpfile
	sl                  : serverlist
	pl                  : playerlist
	cl                  : channellist
	ver                 : version
