Name
	msgall - send a text to every virtual server
Usage
	msgall <text>
	Sends a textmessage to all users on this server instance (no matter on
	which virtual server they are are hanging out). Like with all msg
	commands (->msg, ->msgu), it is possible to strip the "telnet.loginname"
	thats usualy displayed infront of all messages you send via telnet by
	putting a "@" infront of your message.
